About 37% of the surveyed residents of Moscow and St. Petersburg would choose an apartment in the Krasnodar Territory as an investment, and not in Moscow or in the Northern capital.
This is stated in the study of the federal developer “Neometry”, which Izvestia got acquainted with on August 14.
“Firstly, real estate in the Krasnodar Territory has a high investment potential. In Sochi, for example, from the start of sales to the commissioning of real estate, the cost of housing can grow by more than 250%. The second factor determining this choice [of respondents] is that apartment rentals in the region are relevant all year round, as well as the already emerging trend of relocation of people working remotely to the south of Russia – therefore, the rental potential of real estate in the Krasnodar Territory is very high, ”explained commercial director of the developer “Neometry” Olga Nart.
She also clarified that the cost of housing in the Krasnodar Territory varies depending on the location, so investors can find real estate for every taste and budget.
As noted in the company, in Krasnodar the average cost of 1 square. m at the end of July amounted to 150 thousand rubles, in Novorossiysk – 135,082 rubles, and in Sochi – 570 thousand rubles.
According to the developer “Neometry”, Muscovites and St. Petersburg residents mainly choose those cities of the Krasnodar Territory that are located on the seashore.
